Every piece made in our studios is handmade and all sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our Customer Satisfaction team at iyuhstudios@gmail.com or through the Contact Us Form located on our website, so we can do our best to help address any concerns you may have. In your email, please include the following information:

Your concerns with our jewelry and how we can best assist you
If you have received damaged or defective jewelry, or if your jewelry breaks due to studio missteps, we will repair them at no cost. If your jewelry breaks due to customer error, we will repair them for you but you may be charged for shipping and/or production time dependent on the size of the damages.
