Welcome to IYUH Studios! These Terms of Services (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IYUH Studios website, products, and services. Throughout the site, the terms “we” and “our” refer to IYUH Studios.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform to market and sell our Services to consumers. This website collects personal data to power our site analytics, including: (a) information about your browser, network, and device, (b) web pages you visited prior to coming to this website, (c) web pages you view while on this website, and (d) your IP address.

This information may also include details about your use of this website, including: clicks, internal links, pages visited, scrolling, searches, and timestamps

We share this information with Squarespace, our website analytics provider, to learn about site traffic and activity. Squarespace needs the data to run this website, and to protect and improve its platform and services. Squarespace analyzes the data in a depersonalized form.

SECTION 4.      VISITOR DATA.

When you buy something on this website, we collect personal information from you to fulfill the order. We may collect information like your:

  • Details relating to your purchase (for example, your ring size)

We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. 

When you make a purchase from us on this website, we use Squarespace Payments as our payment solution. Squarespace Payments is a fully integrated, native payment solution provided to us by our online store service provider Squarespace. Squarespace Payments makes use of the following third party service providers which will also receive your personal information and process it in accordance with their privacy policies:

As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.


SECTION 5.      FORM SUBMISSIONS.

When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Gmail for storage. All form block submissions are sent directly to our Gmail account, iyuhstudios@gmail.com, and will only be viewed by the owner of the company and any team members that serve the purposes of customer satisfaction.


SECTION 6.      CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS.

If you create a customer account on this website, we collect personal information to improve our checkout experience and customer service. This information may include your:

  • Billing and shipping address(es)

  • Details about your orders (for example, your ring size)

  • Email address

We share this information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can provide website services to us.

SECTION 7.      MARKETING EMAILS.

You may choose to subscribe to our IYUH Studios Newsletter by opting-in on our homepage. By opting-in, you agree to receive marketing emails from us, which you can unsubscribe from by clicking the link at the bottom of the email. We share your contact information with Squarespace and MailChimp, our email marketing providers, so they can send these emails on our behalf.


SECTION 8.      ORDER AND ACCOUNT EMAILS.

We may email you with messages about your order or account activity. For example, we may email you to tell you that:

  • You’ve created a customer account

  • Your customer account password has been reset or updated

  • You’ve made a purchase

  • Your order has shipped

It’s not possible to unsubscribe from these messages. We share your contact information with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send these emails to you on our behalf.

This website serves font files from and renders fonts using Google Fonts and Adobe Fonts. To properly display this site to you, these third parties may receive personal information about you, including:

  • Information about this site and the page you’re viewing on it

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. We reserve the right to modify the contents of our website at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Services is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been placed. 

Our products are available exclusively online through our website, but may appear at storefronts, vendor events or showcases at our discretion. These Services may have limited quantities and may be discounted at any time. 

We do not warrant that the quality of our Services purchased by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay the total amount specified in the order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees. All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our Services (or any part thereof) without notice at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any price changes or promotional offers, including but not limited to sales, discounts, and newsletter opt-in offerings, at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit our Services, including the right to limit the quantities of products, to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction. These restrictions may include Services purchased under the same customer account, billing information, and/or billing or shipping addresses. We reserve the right to limit or cease orders that appear to be placed by distributors or resellers.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that use discount codes that are prohibited to the general public and/or were reserved for specific consumers or a group of consumers. In the event your Services are canceled by us, we may attempt to notify you by contacting your email, billing address, and/or phone number provided to us at the time your order was placed or provided to us through your customer account. 

SECTION 12.      SHIPPING POLICY.

We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery time frame. However, we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery.
